Returns Policy

You may return items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), subject to proof if required.




If you aren't satisfied with your purchased goods, the items may be returned to us within 60 days of the purchase date. Should you wish to return any items please contact us in writing (see contact us page) telling us what you want to return and the reason why. The goods need to be returned in a resalable condition, in initially purchased quantity and in all their original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the quantity is missing or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.


We recommend you to get proof of postage from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.



You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Delivery of goods to you




All of our tile decals are hand-made to order, this means your tile transfers need to be manufactured to your requirements before they can be packed up and dispatched. We determine to dispatch all orders as fast as we can; we understand that the swift and safe delivery of your order is important to you. We always do our best to produce your order within 48 hours. After the production of your order we will ship directly to you from the United Kingdom. Depending on your region it can take approximately one week for delivery. Production times during holidays and weekends may take longer.


Customised sizes which are created according to your individual needs might need additional days for developing and production. However, we will do our best to deliver them as fast as possible.

Delivery to the European Union countries:


Shipping to anywhere in European Union including European Economic Area is £10 for order value up to £100 and £18 for orders over £101 and will be dispatched by Royal Mail Air sure (tracked shipping from the UK). Please note that shipping to the European countries can take anywhere from 7 days up to 14 days.


Countries we ship to are: United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey)


We regret that we are unable to ship to the following European destinations: Canary Islands, DOM-TOM, Gibraltar, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Helgoland, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and Madeira.


Sorry, we do not send our products outside the European Union. 

We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes, hotels and freight forwarding services.


Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
